Your responsibilities:

  • Actively drive sales strategies for reefer business and dangerous goods cargo to support the Areas in achieving their budget and commercial goals through e.g. performance calls, regular analysis of sales date and metrics, identify trends and areas of improvement
  • Analyze Customer Performance to ensure adherence to volume commitments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the Areas, Regions, Central Departments and Trade Management
  • Together with the Regional Sales Director set sales targets based on historical performance, market conditions and overall company ambitions
  • Contribute to the sales forecasting process to provide accurate predictions for future volume performance
  • Drive Sales Campaigns with the use of tools such as Salesforce and Opportunity Pipeline
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators such as performance vs budget, lead generation, opportunity management, etc.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights into volume performance
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry best practices to make informed recommendations for sales strategy adjustments

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales or a related field (preferred) or training as a shipping agent
  • Proven experience in sales analysis, sales operations or a related field
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
  • Understanding of sales processes and best practices
  • Analytical and creative mindset
  • Sense of urgency and can-do attitude
  • Assertive and able to manage conflicts with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent English knowledge in verbal and written form
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively
