The roughly 2,600 employees assigned to the Terminal & Infrastructure segment handle terminal-related activities and provide complementary logistics services at selected locations.

Your Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Drive and manage process improvement and automation initiatives across all functions in close cooperation with all relevant stakeholders, with the specific focus on information and communication management
  • Process analysis of Communication as well as information management, and identification of optimization potentials
  • Supporting the successful implementation of cross-functional projects in regard to stakeholder communication such as the creation of a wide information roadmap
  • This requires investigation of the organizational set-up and structure and identification of relevant stakeholders within our Agency organization in Europe and Central Europe
  • Mapping of information and communication lines required in future by conducting interviews as well as system reviews, in order to understand the Area process flows and the respective value of information to be shared and presented
  • The final output should be a proposal on a structured, streamlined, and unified information management and governance setup for the Area Europe and Central Europe

  • Joy in development and implementation of new concepts and a strong interest in digital advancement
  • Know-how in information and communication management and first experiences in process optimization

  • Ability to present even complex issues in a recipient-oriented manner
  • You are empathic, reliable and motivated team player and willing to travel (depending on feasibility and travel restrictions)
  • Fluent in written and spoken English

Good to know

  • You start with us as soon as possible and work approx. 20 hours per week
  • During the semester break you can increase your hours up to 38 hours
  • We are currently planning your assignment for 12 months with the option of an extension and will, of course, also take your course of studies into account
