Your Tasks & Responsibilities

Our PPS team is a cross-functional team focused on processes and performance improvement related topics. It will be crucial for creating best practices and gaining insights for Area Germany & Central Europe, especially in major hubs such as a QSC.
Working across departments will enable you to identify the root cause of a problem and define effective measures to increase efficiency and create synergies.

  • You will support the business process analysis and derive process improvement as well as automation potentials across all functions in close cooperation with all relevant stakeholders
  • Getting to know the processes and supporting colleagues from within our Area in Germany and Central Europe, and also coordinating with other Areas in Europe is part of your job
  • As part of our multinational team you will be working at different projects and get to know the specifications, tools and templates of the various systems and are a knowledge broker
  • Assess and document deviations from the global process standard and present the results in meaningful presentations, to communicate complex topics in an easily comprehensible and simple manner

Your Qualifications

  • You are matriculated in a fulltime course of study with the specialization in economics, or a comparable major and are eager on development and implementation of new concepts
  • You enjoy knowledge transfer, communication and trainings and are curious to deal with various topics and to help shape them
  • A basic analytical competence and a structured way of working is something you identify with
  • You have very good communication skills in German and English (spoken and written)

Good to know

  • You start with us as soon as possible and work approx. 20 hours per week
  • During the semester break you can increase your hours up to 38 hours
  • We are currently planning your assignment for 12 months with the option of an extension and will, of course, also take your course of studies into account
