As the Director Talent Acquisition, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our talent acquisition efforts in Germany & Central Europe are aligned with our company’s strategy and objectives, also strengthening our employer brand. You will lead a team of dedicated recruiters and administrative professionals, working together to identify, attract, hire and onboard top talent for our organization.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of 8 - 10 recruiters and two admin staff, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities
  • Develop, execute, and continuously fine-tune recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates across various roles and departments
  • Strengthen and promote our employer brand through various channels and initiatives
  • Collaborate with department heads and other key stakeholders within and outside of HR to understand hiring needs and establish recruitment goals
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, active sourcing and networking, to build a pipeline of high-quality candidates
  • Conduct interviews for selected leadership and key positions, assess candidates, drive compensation negotiations and make data-driven hiring recommendations
  • Oversee and continuously improve the end-to-end hiring and onboarding process, ensuring a best-in-class experience for applicants and new hires
  • Analyze recruitment & onboarding data and provide regular reports to management

Your Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in recruitment, including team leadership
  • Clear, strong verbal communication and consulting skills and the ability to build strong   relationships with your team and with stakeholders across the organization
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, compensation & benefits as well as employment laws
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and adaptability
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and German
