We are looking for;
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Arabic is a must
- Excellent written and verbal communications in English
- Experience in liner shipping industry is preferred
- Good knowledge in MS office applications
- Being customer and service oriented, having attention to details
- Strong communication skills
- Systematic and efficient way of working
- Good team player
- Open for changes and improvement
- No military obligation for male candidates
Key responsibilities:
- Manages communication with the customers
- Monitors customers' shipments and informs customers about the process
- Directly focuses on customer needs and proactively works for customer satisfaction
- Handles all possible problems and guides for solution
- Cooperate with related departments when needed
- Corresponds with world-wide offices to track shipments
- Assures all documents are as required
