Are you a motivated and dynamic individual looking to join an exciting sales team? We are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team in Liverpool and contribute to our continued success. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our niche sales team by coordinating and managing various sales activities. You will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, assisting with sales strategies, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales team and other departments. If you have excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for sales, we want to hear from you. Role and Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales Executives with relevant sales tasks including customer follow up.
  • Prepare and send rate quotations to customers.
  • Monitor quotations and customer performance (incl. tenders) and follow up with customers.
  • Give clear handover info to Customer Services, Operations and Business Admin when required.
  • Assist Customer Services with problem solving customer issues.
  • Update CRM with customer calls and rate offers and ensure follow ups are done.
  • Coordinate handling of local bids/tenders with Sales Support using the relevant tools.
  • Conduct regular temperature checks with our customers and address issues where needed.
  • Monitor Quality Promise performance across the customer portfolio.
  • Encourage customers to use the Quality Promise Dashboard.
  • Actively support the Digital Manager in achieving Area targets. 

Person Specification

  • University degree or relevant work experience (minimum 2 years sales experience).
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Proactive and self-motivated and driven to achieve results.
  • Able to build and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Customer oriented attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Able to demonstrate a willingness and openness to follow guidelines and set limits.
