  • Supporting the Senior Director and the entire team in day-to-day operations
  • Independent office organization
  • Organization, design and deployment of internal and external events
  • Planning and organization of business trips as well as travel expense accounting
  • Support and coordination of various projects
  • Management of all correspondence in German and English language
  • Planning, organization and follow-up of meetings
  • Representation of ITC activities

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial vocational training
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • Experience with project management as well as event coordination
  • Very good communication skills, written and oral (German and English)
  • Affinity for writing
  • Engaging appearance as well as high service orientation
  • Experienced handling of Microsoft 365
  • High level of commitment and organizational skills
  • High flexibility and commitment
