Regional HRIS & Rewards
- Administrator / Superuser for Regional Recognition platform
- Regional BROWSE Superuser and custodian for cost centers in Region
- As Superuser; to train and guide Area/Country HR on proper maintenance and utilization of HR system platforms including SAP / Oracle
- Coordinate anniversary/long-service awards for Region
- Custodian of HR related pay codes and GL
Payroll (Regional HQ + Singapore)
- Set up New/transferred employees - SAP HR, BROWSE, IT (seating & Equipment), Payroll, Insurance, BIPO
- Perform first level payroll processing for Singapore offices and ensure legislative compliance to local labour laws and other statutory requirements including income tax filing.
- Including AWS, BIKs, Statutory benefits, allowances, overseas payroll, voluntary CPF Contributions.
- Check for Check for Social Security of Expats
- Local employees + Singapore Expats Tax Preparation
- Deustche bank upload and approval/Cash flow forecast
- Annual/Flex points/Recognition points Accrual - leave, expenses for Year End closing
- Management of Employee Retirement and Recontract
- Support and coordinate improvements between area HRs and regional payroll providerSu
- pport annual salary & bonus review process.
Mobility / MOM
- Application, Renewal and Quota protection of work passes. Maintain Corp pass access, MOM Portal, WPOL, incld Risks Assessment of work pass renewal + COMPASS
- Tenancy Agreement (new & renewal) + liaising with finance
- Main point of contact for Mobility support for Expats (Inbound & Outbound)
- Liaison with movers/obtain quotations, Arrangement of temporary & long term accommodation. Handover of apartments when necessary etc.
HR Administration
- Responsible for local salary surveys, external & internal audits (incld QEM)
- Preparation of employee letters & maintenance of P files
- Maintain and keep personnel files up to date.
- Provide good customer service to employees on queries on leave and employment benefits.
