Customer Service Coordinators

This open position shall be on a permanent contract basis.

 

Qualifications and Technical Job Requirements:·     

  • Fresh Graduate in Business Management / Hospitality Management / Marketing / related Customer Service Degree or graduates with up to 2 years of experience
  • A Certification in the related customer field would be an added advantage.
  • Communication skills, conflict resolution, problem solving and decision-making would be value added benefit.
  • Intermediate to advanced level skill in MS Excel, Word & MS Access
