About the role
We are looking for a Sales Support/Business Development who will be responsible for evaluating and responding to requests from customers, maintaining contracts, and communicating to customers any change and/or development while ensuring proper adherence to the Hapag-Lloyd policies and procedures. The incumbent will support the sales execution team by creating and delivering quotations within turnaround time. Handle all back-office activities, perform commercial follow up task and give clear handover information to customer services. The incumbent will also develop small to medium size customers under his/her portfolio and promotes all digital products for Hapag-Lloyd to our customers ensuring the highest level of quality when interacting with them and creating value for customers as well as for Hapag-Lloyd.
