Hapag-Lloyd Area North with the main office located in Gdańsk is looking for a professional Sales Coordinator who will be located in Finland – Helsinki office to ensure that strategic initiatives and daily tasks are completed in an efficient and professional manner in line with the company guidelines to support customer satisfaction.

If you are:

  • Experienced in the commercial role within liner shipping business or equivalent
  • Result driven team player with a proactive attitude
  • Customer centric - supporting a culture that encourages customer focus, individual development, efficiency, and collaboration
  • Self-confident and friendly when dealing with others
  • Able to work under pressure in fast changing environment and support your team within the changes
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Finnish (as a must)

  • Ensure the highest level of quality when interacting with our customers, be customer-oriented and create value for customers as well as for Hapag-Lloyd
  • Support the Sales Executives with relevant sales tasks including follow up on ongoing and new business with customers
  • Prepare and send rate quotations to customers
  • Monitor customer performance and follow up with customers where required
  • Align with all internal stakeholders to secure smooth start of new business
  • Work closely with Sales Execution for tender negotiation
  • Assist Customer Service with problem solving related to a customer issues
  • Validate and Input new customer data into Salesforce and FIS
