Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Manage Product Feature(s) within our global Salesforce Platform with a focus on Customer Service and Chat processes.
  • Concepts and solution development for Customer Service business processes on Salesforce platform.
  • Engage proactively with different stakeholders in the organization to understand business needs and define the functional & non-functional requirements for implementation.
  • Manage the entire implementation lifecycle of Salesforce projects in coordination with cross-functional teams across IT and Customer Service organization including release management.
  • Evaluate and recommend new Salesforce features, integrations, and technologies that align with business goals.
  • Support product feature change requests & maintenance topics in Salesforce platform run context.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • You hold several years of experience in design, execution and rollout of international CRM projects  
  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud features, chat and omni-channel knowledge is an advantage
  • Relevant Salesforce Certificates (Administrator, Service Cloud) are welcome
  • You find it easy to derive tasks and next steps from an idea to advance their implementation
  • You quickly grasp business processes as well as technical system descriptions and have a strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities
  • You possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Your strong communication and interpersonal skills help you to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • On-site work for at least 3 days/week in our new, modern IT office in the heart of Hamburg’s city center

German language expectations: We expect all international candidates to be willing to learn at least the basics of the German language in case they are accepted for the position. This will enable you to participate in social and community life in Germany and at our company premises in the best possible way.
