Responsibilities and tasks
- Take care of BCM framework maintenance i.e. end to end process/plan, technology tools update, etc.
- Support, define and maintain the plan of what to do and where to go during a crisis or disaster
- Follow up and support in continuity process trainings to areas/regions
- Liaise with BCM coordinators in all departments, to develop effective working relationships and documented BCP plans
- Be responsible for training material updates (according to process/tool/changes) including development of train material and Web-Based trainings.
- Identify, document and test business needs against the company infrastructure, and recovery strategies and gaps
- IT link for technology developments
- Follow up with stakeholders (i.e. IT, BCM coordinators, CMT, GSC, etc) for individual tasks completions
- Identify and make recommendations for change and adaptation to meet the needs of the business
- Support our BCM director with critical components of the plan and all business activity creations in areas, QSC, GSC, Regions, HQ, Maritime etc.
- Act as log keeper during crisis, in the Crisis Management Team headed by CIO
