Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Builds up strong relationships with key accounts in Slovakia and Czech Republic
- Proposes and develops a commercial strategy for each customer defined in his/her portfolio.
- Delivery Planning in how to establish and maintain major accounts performance quarterly.
- Monitors market developments and each account to ensure appropriate responses.
- Manages and keeps the account trying to solve the customer needs as well as ensures the potential profitability of such operations.
- Collects information from the market: Sales Opportunities/Projects; Rates; Competitors; Potential Customers and records them in Salesforce.
- Planning of Contacts (Engage visits). Review priorities and strategies with sales manager.
- Preparation of Contacts: Reviews prev.-visits/Contact File; Statistics; Credit History; Prepares an agenda for products and rates to offer;
- Face to face visits and online meetings: Present the products/services of Hapag-Lloyd; Obtain information about market and named accounts; Explore new projects or planned expansions by customers; Increase of export and import volumes.
- Update customer database and ensure an up-to-date pipeline in Salesforce.
