Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Min. 2 years’ experience within import/export knowledge in liner shipping industry
- Being customer and service oriented, having attention to details
- Strong communication skills
- Turkish language knowledge is a must
- Excellent written and verbal communications in English
- Good knowledge in MS office applications
- Systematic and efficient way of working
- Open for changes and improvement
- Good team player

Job Description
- Owns and manages the customer experience of Delegated Import Customers
- Monitors customers’ shipments and informs customers about the process
- Directly focuses on customer needs and proactively works for customer satisfaction
- Handles all possible problems and guides for solution
- Cooperate with related departments when needed
- Corresponds with world-wide offices to track shipments
- Assures all documents are as required
