Team and Project overview:
As part of our strategy, Hapag-Lloyd will further develop and improve web and mobile applications, that is why we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated UX Researcher who enjoys seeing his/her work making a measurable impact. Join the UX team of experienced professionals in our new Knowledge Center in Gdansk, and become an advocate of UX Research at a large international company. Our UX team is a part of the in-house IT team. You will work together with developers, Products Designers, Products Owners, Product Managers and UX Researcher
Responsibilities:
- Working collaboratively with developers, designers, POs, PMs and UX Researchers
- Working directly with colleagues from all around the world
- Improve research strategy, research repository, research roadmaps and frameworks
- Running independent research on multiple aspects of how users interact with our web and mobile applications
- Collecting and analyzing user behavior via qualitative and quantitative methods, such as usability testing, user interviews, surveys, etc.
- Educating the team and the organization about UX Research
- Working with designers, product owners and engineers to prioritize research opportunities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Presenting research findings through verbal presentations and written reports
Requirements:
- 3 + years of experience as a UX Researcher or in similar role
- Analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
- Communication skills needed to discuss user research processes, ideas, and solutions with team and stakeholders (we speak English at work 😊 )
- Knowledge about lean UX, ResearchOps, user-centered design methodologies
Nice if you have:
