Your responsibilities:
As the Sales Enablement Senior Manager, and a part of Sales Excellence team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that will drive our sales team's performance, effectiveness, and overall success. You will work closely with sales leadership, product teams, IT and commercial academy to ensure that our salesforce is fully equipped with the right tools, resources, and training needed to achieve targets and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Develop and execute a holistic sales enablement strategy for enhancing our sales team's performance and effectiveness
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify gaps in the processes and tools; establish and maintain a sales enablement technology stack that supports and enhances the sales process
- Partner with marketing and product teams to create sales content, playbooks, and messaging that effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services
- Implement best practices and processes for sales enablement, using data-driven insights to optimize performance, productivity, and sales growth
- Evaluate the effectiveness of sales enablement programs and initiatives, making necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with company goals
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on the impact of sales enablement initiatives and the overall health of the sales organization
- Participate in the development and definitions of business concepts together with the relevant business teams, IT teams, stakeholders, and product owner
- Deliver projects / programs following Scrum / Agile methodology in close coordination with relevant IT teams
- Prepare communication, training material and adoption concepts leading to a successful implementation of programs and usage of tools
- Lead process mapping, and building reactive / predictive data sets to drive performance and deliver on strategic goals
- Strong stakeholder management skills to drive and / or support general sales projects / pilots when and where needed
