Reports to Director Sales
Regional Sales Excellence role supports functions essential to Sales force effectiveness including planning, Target setting, Market coverage, Sales process optimization, Sales incentive administration and ensuring a consistent and high data quality in Sales data.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive Industry standard Sales Excellence principles and adoption across the region
- Drive adherence to the sales process through regular check backs and Area Visits.
- Drive the usage of standard data and reports in the Sales force and Ensure discussions focusing on driving sales effectiveness
- Design and Drive appropriate sales opportunity and Pipeline management process.
- Drive sales productivity
- Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement.
- Support Sales channel reviews, Portfolio review and of sales force targets
- Optimize results through best in class sales coverage and sales effectives process, collaborating with Sales managers to identify resource allocation and engagement improvement opportunities
- Optimize sales results through adoption and analytics and dashboards (eg sales productivity analytics dashboard)
- Drive sales transformation
- Drive the sales incentive plans , ensure to constitute appropriate sales incentive plan and to drive desired sales growth
- Assist Areas to understand the process bottlenecks and opportunities for productivity gain. (eg. online conversions of customers, offshoring)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business Administration
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of the shipping industry
- Fluent in English
