About the Knowledge Center:
The Knowledge Center, located in Gdańsk, is a hub for innovation and develop state-of-the-art business and technology solutions to help us navigate the future. And we want to do that together with you.

Team and Project overview:
Due to the growth of our company, we are starting with a brand new project in the Knowledge Center. For one of our biggest customer, we are establishing a new Customer Service Team. Therefore, we are looking for a junior accounts receivable accountants to join our family.

Responsibilities:

  • Process Self-Billing procedure for selected customers according to agreed processes
  • Finalize and distribute invoices/ reversals for freight / additional charges
  • Handle invoice cancellations and reissuance
  • Validate and settle revenue disputes where applicable
  • Monitor outstanding invoices, invoice amendments and time pending invoices
  • Exchange with RPA Team to explore automation potentials 
  • Collaborate with FIS3 transformation team to develop system support for special customer
  • invoicing processes like self-billing 
  • Follow standard processes and new requirements as communicated by management
  • Complete all functional HIP training timely

Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent in business administration or related studies
  • Very good command of written and spoken English
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Able to work well with others and follow guidelines 
  • Willingness to identify inefficiencies and share ideas to improve process 
  • Positive attitude
  • Receptive and be able to grasp new ideas and motivate one’s self for personal development
