We are striving for the optimal customer experience by exploring new products to support our clients’ businesses and set new standards in the reefer industry.


Together with our young and dynamic Reefer Control Tower team, you will develop fresh ideas to upgrade our service and task portfolio, combining your expertise in Sales, Strategy, and Import. We want your input and vision to become the Reefer Control Tower of the future already today.

Responsibilities and tasks:

  • Develop the Reefer Control Tower and our reefer strategy in line and beyond market requirements
  • Find solutions thinking out of the box to provide support for customer requirements, in alignment with in-house stakeholders
  • Work independently in the day-to-day and on projects, sharing status updates, knowledge and best practices with your immediate colleagues and extended ones in regions and areas
  • Act as primary contact for selected customers, build and maintain strong relationships via mail, phone, during customer visits and international trade fairs

Requirements and qualifications:

  • Completed apprenticeship as liner shipping professional or similar qualification, a bachelor degree would be benefitial
  •  Self-motivated, customer minded and reliable team player
  •  Analytical, structured and efficient working style
  • Sense of urgency, ability to meet deadlines, and prioritize work accordingly
  • Open to change, agile mindset and good communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS-office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Comprehensive knowledge of H/L applications (WebFocus, CRM, Compass, QlikView, HIP, FIS) or the willingness to learn the handling of the tools
  • Business fluent in written and spoken English
  • Good command of written and spoken Spanish would be well regarded
