As an HCM Application Consultant, you are in charge of managing, supporting, and enhancing Hapag-Lloyd’s Oracle HCM (Fusion) application, with a focus on relevant integrations. You will be a crucial part of all projects orbiting around Oracle HCM, and act as a central player who cooperates and aligns with the global HR and IT communities.  

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Ensure stable implementation of business decisions within the HR IT scope
  • Play a vital part in projects related to Oracle HCM Implementation
  • Take responsibility for executing technical application support for the Oracle HCM application, which includes but is not limited to:
    • Application analysis and configuration
    • Alignment with business
    • Communication with the users
  • Participate in Oracle HCM release management by playing an active part in regression testing and monitoring relevant documentation
  • Ensure proper lifecycle of relevant integrations attached to the Oracle HCM application
  • Align and adjust the configuration and technical changes to integrations based on new requirements

Your profile:

  • Experience within the implementation and configuration of integration solutions in HCM cloud-based solutions
  • Knowledge of Oracle HCM Fusion application (alternatively other HCM applications)
  • Hands-on experience in requirements engineering and close communication with business stakeholders
  • Ability to configure Java-based integrations would be a great plus
  • Independent and responsible working style
  • Good team player skills​

  • Willingness to work at our office in Hamburg 3 days/ week and 2 days remote according to our policy
