Main Objective

  • Responsible for process management; inclusive of implementation, standardization, systems, tools & Application support.
  • Proactively establishes and nourishes a culture that encourages process efficiencies, collaboration and continuous improvement, process automation, Superuser support & development
  • Provide support to all countries in Asia on Digital products, web tools, CRM applications and in-house systems

Essential Function and duties

  • Drive business process improvement and automation
  • Provide support to all countries in Region Asia on systems and processes 
  • Act as the 2nd level of business support for Super users/Digital coordinators as a process expert to support processes and applications
  • Working in partnership with functional teams analyzing, designing and implementing system solutions to meet business needs.
  • Act as an expert in Global projects on behalf of Region Asia / Drive regional initiatives
  • Collaborate with corporate departments (i.e. IT, commercial teams, product owners) on system/process/organizational initiatives.
  • Coordinate UATs with IT and Project teams  
  • Ensure all staff in Hapag-Lloyd offices are duly trained and aware of new applications, system developments & enhancements.
  • Coach and evaluate Super Users in Asia with the objective of keeping the highest standards in the Superuser network
  • Identify improvement opportunities by means of process reviews, Automation solutions (RPA/Macros), process mining, Digitalization, API, and best practices sharing
  • Safeguard the access to HL systems through adequate user access rights management
  • Support Business Continuity initiatives related to Cyber Security

Qualification and technical requirements

  • University degree, preferably in Supply Chain/Logistics Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, with 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in Project Management and Systems Implementation 
  • Experience in Digital products, CRM tools
  • Experience in Automation projects (RPA, macros) and Data Analytics tools is a plus
  • Self-starter, responsive, collaborative, strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills & listening skills
  • Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new applications
  • Experience as a Trainer / Training Management is a plus Ava
  • Ability to travel on short notice
