Your responsibilities:

In this position you will drive revenue in terms of profitability optimization and volumes. You will focus on process definitions / developments, pricing, uptake management, tools and performance management.   • Lead the Global Reefer, Special Cargo & Dangerous Goods Team
  • Enhance the end-to end customer journey for Reefer, Special Cargo & DG together with internal stakeholders
  • Drive Sales execution for global Reefer & Special Cargo customers
  • Enhance the customer experience (‘ease of doing business’ for the three commodity segments) and quality service delivery
  • Support our Areas, Quality Service Centers, Knowledge Center, Global Service Center and Regions to achieve their growth targets and ambitions
  • Drive Performance Management for Global Reefer, Special Cargo & DG together with Trade Management teams and Regional Commercial teams
  • Strengthen ‘Reefer Tower’ concept to deliver quality for fresh fruit customers
  • Business process owner for Global Reefer, Special Cargo and DG development especially regarding IT enhancements and FIS3 transformation (FIS = Freight Information System)

Your profile:

  • Ability to build strong connections, credibility and exert influence with key stakeholders at all levels in HQ as well as across Regions, Areas and Service Centers
  • Commercial background and proven experience in customer interactions
  • University degree, for example in economics, logistics or equivalent experience in the maritime industry
  • Demonstrated experience and ability to plan and apply creative and effective strategies and approaches
  • Results driven: the ability to meet organizational goals and customer expectations and also making decisions that produce high quality results
  • Strong affinity for continuous improvement across functional frameworks, people capabilities, tool development and process management
  • Willingness to travel internationally (participation in fairs and customer visits)
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English
