Team and Project overview:

We are a team working in a global container liner shipping company, that introduces digital collaboration IT solutions to our business. Currently, we are working on New Intranet with the goal to deliver a cloud-based, user-friendly with a corporate design look and feel Intranet. We are looking for a candidate who has the resilience to be up-to-date with digital collaboration solutions and introduce them to our organization. Act as an intranet specialist and run an adoption campaign.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and run adoption campaigns around digital collaboration tools and technologies
  • Organizing and running practical training and workshops for the business
  • Continuous research and development of technological knowledge and practices and their business usage possibilities
  • Monitor digital collaboration technologies and introduce them to our organization
  • Evaluating and testing new technical solutions and participating in technical communities
  • Receive and evaluate a request from stakeholders that could be fulfilled within existing global IT solutions/architecture
  • Cooperating with IT business analysts, developers, UI designers, product manager and other digital collaboration consultants to deliver the project
  • Planning and prioritizing tasks according to the Agile methodology with the team

Requirements:

  • 3+ experience as a SharePoint superuser
  • Functional M365 knowledge
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to break down problems into smaller pieces
  • High level of communication skills
  • Very good interpersonal skills
  • English fluent required
  • Good team player
  • Very well-organized, self-motivated and innovative mind
