We are looking for candidates having experience into shipping operations
- Work on inter-related functions of Sales/Customer Service/Operations/Business Administration with specific focus on Operation related business tasks including Equipment, Port & Terminal, Operations Steering, transport, etc.
- · Monitor, enhance and optimize all related processes
- · Conduct process reviews in the Areas/QSC
- · Act as the first level support as helpdesk for issues related to relevant applications and systems
- · Collaborate with Super users in resolving issues and provide feedback on user/SU training needs
- · Conceptually accompany the development and implementation of IT Systems and applications as a system expert
- · Assist and evaluate systems tests
- · Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis to the management team, as required.
- It is an individual contributor role.
Technical Skills.
- · Knowledge of Hapag-Lloyd Systems
- · Experience in giving trainings on the job, in classrooms and virtual classrooms
- · Good knowledge of HL’s products and equipment, processes, blue-print and functions
- · Strong PC skills and expertise in Microsoft Office
- · Ability and willingness to travel (short and medium durations)
