Deliver New Hire and refresher training.
Partner with business to support employee performance.
Recommend improvement in training process.
Qualifications and Technical Job Requirements:
Minimum 6 years latest experience as a Trainer in a BPO or Captive center
Training experience in shipping industry ( captive / BPO ) with Voice and Email / Chat process, will be an added advantage
Industry Knowledge
• Customer Service Background (Booking/ Documentation/ Import) will be added advantage
• Call Centre background preferred
• Training experience desirable
